Due to the amount of shipping it cost to send an item back to the supplier, We do not do returns or exchanges, except for certain circumstances such as rips, holes, stains, or other damages to the products. 

If you are adamant about returning the item, we will do a return, but you will have to pay for the item to be returned.

If you order on the same day (24 hour period) but at separate times you only have to pay shipping once, but if you order on another day you do have to pay shipping again.

Children’s clothing are usually preorders so they normally have a 5-8 week TAT. 

The 5-8 weeks is from the closing date that is announced on Facebook, so please follow our Facebook page at Nola’s Nest Boutique! 

Women’s clothing normally has an 8-15 day TAT! 

You can choose to pick up or have your items shipped! 

Pick Up Fee is $4.90 

Shipping Fee is $6.90

Your package must be picked up within 5 days. If it is not picked up within 5 days, it will be pulled and you will be charged for shipping and a $5 convenience fee. If that invoice isn’t paid within 24 hours, your items will be forfeited and become property of Nola’s Nest  Boutique without refund or compensation. Once your order has been pulled and invoiced, I will not put it back in the box for pickup at any point. At that point, it’s wasting time I could be doing 100 other things.

We will send an email or private message letting you know it’s ready. I know as well as anybody how hard it is to remember….but please just pay for shipping if you don’t think you’ll pick up. it helps us be much more productive.
